Assigning real estate contracts is simply the easiest and fastest way to make money in real estate. It's the only way I know to make $5,000 with nothing more than a few phone calls and a single sheet of paperwork.
Commonly known as wholesaling, neither money nor credit is required. But.. it won't make you wealthy in the long run. For that, you need rental real estate.
