How to Cook Shrimp Stirfry :: Video

Ingredients

  • Sesame Oil
  • A Few Cloves of Garlic
  • Chili Powder
  • Soy Bean Sauce (Lite Soy Sauce)
  • A Lime
  • 1 Package Frozen Asian Vegetables
    • (For example: Broccoli, Red Peppers, Green Beans, Carrots, Water Chestnuts, etc.)
  • Frozen Uncooked Shrimp
  • Seasoning Packet
    • (Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Sea Salt, Black Pepper)

    Thanks Joe! I’m glad you liked it.

    I used a Canon Optura 50 with an external Sennheiser K6/ME66 shotgun mic. I have a Beachtek adapter to get the shotgun mic to the camera, but I’m not completely satisfied with that outfit. The camera adds a little hum to the audio, so the best thing would be to record directly to minidisc or a mixer.

    Hey, I enjoyed the cooking video, that meal looks good. What kind of camera did you use to make this? It looks great, and the sound was really good too. Did you use the camera mic or an external one?
