Hey Brain, You’ll be amazed just how people spend time and money getting the location,machine then forget or get side tracked by not servicing the machines the they set up. There is nothing worse than seeing an empty vending machine. It happens though.

Just starting out with 5 machines. I look for delivery on them next week. I’ve never done this before but I’m excited about it. I was laid off last year and I think this might be a good backup income if I ever need it. I chose to go with U-turn machines…..any comments?

The easiest locations to get are employee break rooms. They benefit because it keeps their employees happy. As for restaurants, you have to sell it. They are harder to get.

Double-check with your accountant, but last time I checked.. quarter sales don’t qualify because of the small transaction amount.

Insurance is a good idea if it’s that cheap. That being said… I haven’t had any problems in 5 years. (knock on wood)

I noticed you didnt answer jerrys question about needing insurance and I was just wondering the same thing! insurance in chicago is around 25 dollars a month or so ive read and with me currently having only two machines just starting out im not sure if its worth it… Have you had any problems with your machines? For example them falling over on a child, a kid choking on the candy etc just wondering what the likely hood is of that happening… Thanks so much!
