I started out with my own hosted WordPress blog from the beginning. That’s the only way to go as far as I’m concerned. If you’re technically savvy, you can find hosting all over the place for less than $10 a month. If you want to get started quickly, I’d recommend The Genius Tree, a blog hosting company that I’m working with to help out bloggers like yourself.
