I can relate to the part that the more I rest the better I work. Many people these days feel they have to work the 55 or 60 hour work week to be successful. I think the idea would be to work a smart 20 hour week if that. When you rest your mind and body you can be way more productive over just 20 hours and accomplish much more. I think most people run in burn out mode most of the time and walk through life in a daze instead of sitting back and smelling the roses and do some strategic forward thinking about the big picture and how to make that happen without having to work your life away. That is why I like this blog so much. Passive income streams help you accomplish this goal. Thanks Brian for the Book Review!

Sounds a good book. I like the bit about stress getting out of ones comfort zone. I can relate to that. Now the ritual behavior might it not lead to a compulsive disorder? Fix one thing and start another. To be serious a ritual behavior is what makes Tiger Woods hit a ball so well. Have you seen what he goes through before he winds up.
