Integrity means that a person is integrated or whole, meaning that their values are the same as their statements which are the same as their actions.
People with integrity simply do what they say they are going to do. If they tell someone they will call them back tomorrow, thats what they do. If they tell themselves they are going to wake up at a certain time, thats when they wake up.
